We currently have 90 thousand barrels divided between American and French oak, and we are recognized globally for our high-quality standards, the result of the integration of high technology, and the improvement of our aging facilities. This combination has enabled us to produce rums of high quality, maturity, and exclusivity, allowing us to export to more than 50 customers in some 33 countries worldwide.

Rum Aging
We have 6 aging cellars with a capacity of 90 thousand barrels, which in turn are divided between American and French oak, with the objective of satisfying our customers’ recipes with a wide variety of aromas, toasts, and finishes.
Co-packing
We have the most versatile and experienced personnel and equipment to offer an exemplary service in the bottling of rums and other alcoholic beverages, assisting our customers in the formulation and development of their products.
Barrel Workshop
We have the most modern equipment for the repair and restoration of used barrels in order to extend their useful life. Additionally, this service allows us to obtain unique aromas and flavors for our rums.
Bodega Ron del Caribe
This is the only one of its kind in the San Pedro de Macorís free trade zone and is designed to host corporate and institutional events within the Yazoo Investments facilities.
